One of my patients has already been along to the Hotter Canterbury shop. See the shoes she bought – she is really happy with them. She says they are really comfortable.
I bought a pair of shoes in your shop at easter. Unfortunately they are too small.

You need to contact the Hotter shoe shop. I am a chiropodist – I just recommend different shoes for my patients.
